Pet Policy:

• The Colonial allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• The Colonial has dog breed restrictions but no weight limit
• A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required

Pet Fees (Non-refundable)

• $300.00 non-refundable pet fee
• $500.00 non-refundable fee for 2 pets
• $25 per month per pet
